Terms and conditions — Invite Portugal

1. Service and booking

Invite Portugal provides private transport on the route, date, time and conditions shown in the booking confirmation. An initial estimate is not a booking.

A booking is confirmed only after the passenger provides the requested details, accepts these terms, completes any applicable payment and receives confirmation. Passengers must check the details and report errors promptly.

2. Price and payment

The total price is shown before confirmation and includes the taxes and fees stated at checkout. Additional services requested later may carry a charge disclosed in advance.

Payment is made using a method offered at checkout. Where an external payment provider is used, its terms and security measures also apply to payment data.

3. Changes and cancellations

Changes may be requested at geral@inviteportugal.com or +351 935 285 661. They are subject to availability and may affect the price.

Cancellations received at least 24 hours before the scheduled time receive a full refund. Later cancellations may be non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise. If Invite Portugal cancels, it will provide a full refund or an alternative accepted by the passenger.

4. Pick-up, delays and passengers

Passengers must be at the agreed location on time and provide accurate passenger, luggage, flight and special-needs information. Flight monitoring helps us adjust pick-up, but material changes must still be reported.

Child seats and other needs must be requested in advance. Transport may be refused where safety is at risk, behaviour is abusive or undeclared luggage is unsuitable for the vehicle.

5. Liability

Invite Portugal provides services with reasonable care and under applicable law. It is not liable for delay or non-performance caused by events outside its reasonable control, without affecting passengers' legal rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

6. Responsible entity and contact

The service is provided by Singela Tradição - Turismo no Espaço Rural, Unipessoal, Lda., Portuguese legal entity number 517146851, with registered office at Rua de Barreiros, no. 54, 1st floor left, 4715-166 Braga, Portugal, trading under the Invite Portugal brand.

7. Applicable law and dispute resolution

Portuguese law and the competent courts apply, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
