We may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, journey and flight details, special requests, passenger details, messages, and information needed for invoicing and payment. We do not retain full card details when an external provider processes payment.
2. Purposes and legal bases
We use data to answer enquiries, quote and manage bookings, process payments, coordinate pick-up, provide support, issue documents and meet legal duties. This is necessary for pre-contractual steps, contract performance and legal compliance.
We may improve services, prevent fraud and defend claims based on legitimate interests. Marketing is sent with consent where required and can be stopped at any time.
3. Data sharing
We share only necessary data with drivers, payment providers, technology suppliers, accountants or authorities where required for the journey, by law or to protect rights.
Providers follow instructions and confidentiality duties. Transfers outside the European Economic Area use an appropriate legal basis and safeguards.
4. Retention and security
We keep data only as long as needed for these purposes and legal invoicing, liability and record-keeping periods. Unfinished enquiries are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
We use appropriate technical and organisational security measures, although no system is entirely risk-free.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Legal duties may limit some requests.
