Siria Castelo Rodrigo

The Castelo Rodrigo region has a continental Mediterranean climate, with schist and sandstone soils. Castelo Rodrigo Síria White wine is vinified at a controlled temperature. It is made with specific grapes from Castelo Rodrigo, and is aged for a period of time. It has an aroma of tropical fruits with a long and persistent flavor. It is excellent with fish, seafood and white meat dishes. It should be served at a temperature of approximately 10 degrees.
