How to add products to the cart?
Once you have found the desired product, click on the image or name to access the
product details. Choose the desired quantity and click the " Add to Cart " button.

You can access your cart via the icon located in the top right corner of the page. Click to review the items you have added, adjust quantities or remove products if necessary.
How do I complete the purchase?
After reviewing your cart:
- Click on the "Finalize Purchase" button.
- Fill in the shipping details, such as address and contact details.
- Choose the shipping method available for your region.
- Select the payment method and enter the required information.
- Confirm the details and click "Confirm Order" to complete the purchase. You will receive an email with order confirmation and shipping details.
How do I apply a discount code?
At checkout, enter your promotional code in the " Discount Coupon" field and click
"Apply". The amount will be updated automatically before the order is finalized.

How do I make a purchase in the store?

Do I need to create an account to purchase?
It is not mandatory to create an account, but we recommend it to facilitate future purchases, track orders and benefit from exclusive promotions.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Mbway and
bank transfers. For your convenience, we also provide options such as
PayPal and Apple Pay.
Is payment secure?

What is the delivery time?
The delivery time varies depending on the location and shipping option chosen. Generally:
- Deliveries in the districts of Braga, Porto and Viana do Castelo: 1 working day.
- Rest of the country: 3 to 7 working days.
- International shipping: Currently not available.
Do you deliver or ship nationwide?
Yes, we deliver nationwide. Shipping fees are
presented during checkout and are calculated according to the value of your order. Purchases over €50 benefit from free shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We offer free shipping on orders over €50.
How do I track my order?
After payment and shipping confirmation, you will receive an email with the tracking code and instructions to track your delivery online.
Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request changes or cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We ask that you always check the packaging for defects upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please report it to the carrier. If the product still arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, sending photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the situation by offering a replacement or refund of the amount paid.
Do you issue invoices for purchases?
All purchases are accompanied by an automatically issued invoice. If you require specific information on the invoice, please inform us during the checkout process.
What are the return conditions?

How do gift cards work?

Can I use the gift card for more than one purchase?
The gift card balance can be used for one or more purchases until the total amount is used up.
Do gift cards have an expiration date?
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Can I purchase a gift card for international use?
Currently, our website only makes sales within national territory, therefore, gift cards can be used exclusively for purchases within this scope.
Can I return or cancel a gift card?
Gift cards cannot be refunded or returned after purchase.
