White encrusted wine from the Dão Region. Wines from the Dão Demarcated Region are gastronomic wines, with exceptional acidity and complex and delicate aromas. Their character, complexity, elegance, balance, maturity, aging potential and perfect combination with local gastronomy.

Okey Dão Encruzado has an intense aroma of white fruit and toasted, mentholated and citrus notes. In the mouth it reveals minerality, with volume, unctuousness and structure, as well as a long and persistent finish, resulting from fermentation and aging with batonnage, in French oak barrels, for 6 months.
