Merlot Red - Adega Mayor

A semi-concentrated wine with a ruby ​​colour. It is fresh and fragrant, with hints of fresh grass, flowers and spices. Characteristics that elegantly combine ripe red fruit, plums and raspberries in compote. On the palate, it has a delicate texture with fine tannins, refreshing acidity and a long and persistent finish full of flavour. Excellent with Italian dishes (pesto sauce, tomato and basil, strong cheeses), sautéed mushrooms (earthy, forest), braised poultry dishes and dishes with strong spices.
