Dom Vicente Encruzado is a wine with a young and fresh taste, with toasted and fruity aromas. It shows the freshness and minerality of the grape variety in balance with good acidity and volume, giving great gastronomic potential.

A gastronomic wine that can accompany a variety of dishes, such as seafood, all fish dishes or even lighter meat dishes and cheeses. It should be served at 10ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place away from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
