Convento de Aguiar - Sparkling Wine

Convento de Aguiar Sparkling Wine was created with selected grapes with controlled ripening. Its vinification was obtained through slow fermentation at low temperature. The base wine of this sparkling wine was made from the Síria and Fonte Cal grape varieties, from old vines with a late harvest. It is a fruity, fresh and harmonious sparkling wine. It is ideal as an aperitif, with meat, fish and seafood dishes.
