Seleção BIO from Adega Mayor is a wine produced by Adega Mayor, a prestigious winery located in Alentejo.

Wine with an intense pink colour and a “raspberry” hue. The nose exudes purity in an expressive combination typical of the variety, suggesting ripe red fruit, plum, pomegranate and wild berries in syrup or compote. In the mouth, it follows the profile of the nose, it is lively, full of juicy fruit and frank flavours that culminate in a finish of pleasant depth.

A genuine rosé wine, made with Alentejo grapes. A wine that pairs well with grilled fish dishes, lightly seasoned white meats, pasta or vegetarian risottos.
