Caiado Rosé from Adega Mayor is a wine produced by Adega Mayor, a prestigious winery located in Alentejo. It is a bright, open, pink-coloured wine. Fragrant, fresh, full of red fruits, strawberries, raspberries and currants wrapped in a delicate floral touch. Excellent accompaniment to light dishes. Pairs well with Asian cuisine with a touch of spice. It is the ideal accompaniment to summer grilled dishes, seafood dishes with curry or fresh salads.
